Our seasonal offering is a Ghost Chile Robust Porter. This brew comes from the mind of our friend Ed: brewer, beer lover, Grateful Dead fan, and eventual zombie. It uses a ridiculous number of malts and American whole cone hops. Ghost Chiles were added both in the kettle and post-fermentation. Tasting Notes: dark chocolate in color with a rich brown head; strong, sweet, & roasty malt body; subtle chile flavor and hop bite.
