Juicy IPA – Hazy IPA

(512) Juicy is a hazy IPA with fruit-forward hops and a creamy mouthfeel without being too sweet. With all kinds of fruity hops like Citra, Motueka, Rakau, and Mosaic, this one is double dry-hopped for max hops enjoyment. Very mild bitterness cuts through the haze with precision!

Local Crush – German-style Kölsch

Local Crush is a German-style Kölsch beer designed for maximum crushability and refreshment. Light and bright, with balanced malt and hops, this beer leaves you satisfied, but wanting more. Easy going, this is definitely… “The beer everyone’s friends with!”

Razz-Ma-Tazz – Raspberry Sour4:30pm Rotating Tap

Razz-Ma-Tazz is a wine barrel aged Raspberry Sour. We aged the base Blonde Ale and aged it in once used funky barrels. The resident “bugs”, still in the barrels, transformed the beer into a tart delight, at which point we finished it off with Raspberry.

Homunculus – Dark Mild

The ultimate session beer, this style was the most popular beer sold in pubs until the 1960’s, but now it is relatively hard to find, even in the U.K. Homunculus is a low alcohol, malt focused beer with notes of chocolate and mild bitterness.

Gaspipes – Premium Bitter

Gaspipes is a traditional English bitter. The name ‘bitter’ was an old term to differentiate it from a ‘mild’ or less hopped beer. This beer is still a malt forward beer, with a crispness from the hops and a nice dry finish. Gaspipes is true to the style using all UK ingredients including floor malted Maris Otter with Goldings and Fuggle hops.

Pils – German Pils

In tradition with Germany’s take on the classic Pilsner style, our Pils is a full-bodied, crisp and refreshing beer. The fine golden color comes from 100% Pilsner malt. Hallertau Mittelfrueh and Saaz hops add a slightly spicy note to balance the malt backbone.

Hefe – Hefeweizen

We brew this “liquid bread” with a rare, old world method using open fermentation vessels. This unique process gives this unfiltered beer very distinct aromas of clove and banana with a hazy, golden pale appearance. The low hop character is designed to let the yeast and wheat malt really shine through. A true South German-style Hefeweizen brewed a lot closer to home.

San Marcos Blonde – Blonde

Light bodied, malty, sweet with just enough bitterness to balance. Easy drinking.

Skyscraper Mosaic IPA – Juicy IPA

Big juicy hop flavor, without overpowering bitterness.

Aloha, Texas! – Pineapple Gose

Mild tartness, with fresh pineapple juice and a hint of sea salt

Bobcat Lager – Pilsner

Easy drinking. A craft take on the classic American lite pilsner.

Rocket 100 – Pre-Prohibition Style Pilsner

Our interpretation of lagers brewed by German immigrants before prohibition.

Zephyrliner – American IPA

Hydration Pils – Electrolyte Lager

A lager, with electrolytes!*

*Some breweries have recently gotten in trouble for misleading consumers that having electrolytes makes their beer healthy. So, we just wanted to make sure you knew that drinking alcohol isn’t healthy. But, this beer does have electrolytes!

Concise – German-style Pils

One of the best lagers we’ve ever made.

Black Thunder – Black Lager

If a pilsner and a stout had a lovechild, it would be Black Thunder.

Simcoe Dreamboat – IPA

This beer is a loving tribute to one of our favorite hops and one of our favorite people. It’s overflowing with the citrus and pine aromas of classic West Coast IPAs, but with a softer bitterness and fuller body more reminiscent of a NEIPA.

Coconut IPA – IPA w/ Coconut & Vanilla

To be honest, we don’t know exactly what this beer is going to be like because we have to submit our festival list a couple months before the festival and we haven’t even brewed this yet. But, we think it will be really good (if you like coconuts and vanilla).

Dream Juice – Hazy IPA

Dream Juice is our HAZY IPA double dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic and EL Dorado.

Quarantine Island – Hazy IPA

A medium bodied IPA that is double dry hopped and juicy. Brewed with Amarillo, Belma, Simcoe, and Idaho 7 hops giving off stone fruit, pineapple, melon and ripe mango notes, balanced with that hoppy bite on the finish.

El Guapodillo – Mexican Style Lager

A Mexican style lager brewed with Pilsen and Vienna malts with addition of faked maize. Light, crisp, and crushable, perfect for summer days with or without a lime. Just be warned…you may want a plethora of them.

Dreamboat Creamsicle IPA – IPA

Monkey Bridge – Hefeweizen

Bob’s Eastside Juicy IPA – Juicy IPA

Bright citrus gives way to juicy, tropical fruits like pineapple and mango. Crisp floral and coconut notes finish the flavor and make you ready for another sip…or gulp.

Tiger’s Blood – Strawberry, Watermelon, and Coconut Sour

Why outgrow the things that bring you joy? Bring back that summer feeling of snow cones and smiles with Tiger’s Blood. These iconic summertime fruits come together, making a mouthwatering blend that’s eudemonic!

Strawberry RhuBOB – Fruit Milkshake Sour

Strawberry, rhubarb, and soft vanilla flavors are brewed alongside milk sugar and Blue Owl’s signature tartness. The use of Belma hops gives off characteristics like strawberry, melon, citrus, and pineapple.

Bobtoberfest – Classic Märzen

Bobtoberfest is brewed in a classic märzen tradition including all the funfair and charm for a time of year when beer is revered. Full malt flavor alludes to cooler weather ahead as a clean German lager finish reminds us it’s still hot and we’re going to want to drink a few of these!

Kokomo Royale – Tropical Fruit Smoothie Sour Ale5:00pm Rotating Tap

Tropical fruit smoothie sour ale with pink guava, pineapple, Tahitian lime, cherry, Madagascar vanilla, milk sugar, & Jamaican pimento berry. Bursting with bright tropical fruits alongside rich spices of vanilla & allspice lend to a tropical cocktail flavor. The addition of fruit pectin gives this smoothie beer a thick body and the milk sugar a creamy mouthfeel.

Oktoberfest – Märzen Style Lager

A classic style brewed for the Oktoberfest celebration every fall. Rich, malty, and clean. Prost Y’all!

Czech Pilsner – Bohemian Pilsner

Crisp, complex, well-rounded, and refreshing. Brewed exclusively with Saaz hops and Bohemian pilsner malt. Na Zdraví!

Not The Momma! – DDH Hazy IPA

This juicy treat is loaded with Citra and Sabro hops. Loads of citrus and tropical fruit flavors from the Citra hops. Sabro is a fairly new hop in the game that gives a very unique tangerine, stone fruit, and major coconut flavor and aroma. Lean heavily into this delicious hazy goodness.

Etwas – German Pilsner

Etwas is a beautiful ode to our time spent in Munich, Germany. This crisp, refreshing German Pilsner is a match made in heaven with our already 90º weather. We brewed Etwas with 100% German ingredients and lagered for 4 weeks until this baby was ready for the masses.

Bucktoberfest – Märzen

Bucktoberfest 2022 is a delicious medium-bodied lager with a welcoming balance of bready malt.

Tuxedo Tshirt – Black IPA

We like to picture our Black IPA in a Tuxedo Tshirt– It gives off a formal finish, but still lets you know that it’s down to party. Brimming with bubbly confidence, Tuxedo Tshirt isn’t afraid to be late to the show because everyone knows the real party doesn’t start til this crisp and awesomely hoppy Black IPA arrives. We love to party, and we wanted to create a beer that can keep up.

Pacific Jade – Dry-hopped Saison

Let the bright tropical and citrus notes of Pacific Jade hops wash over your taste buds and ride the wave to a crisp, peppery finish. Pacific pineapple melds with this classic Belgian beer to provide the perfect combination for a smooth and satisfying saison that’ll keep you floating the summer season until the very end.

GS Dunkle – Munich Dunkel

Deep Brown in color. Malt forward Slight toast and chocolate with a hint of toffee. Will pour with a small tan head.

Loteria – Mexican Lager

Light crisp lager with a hint of sweetness from a bit of corn used in the mash. Medium light bodied, very mild, 5.3% ABV & 21 IBUs.

Dallas Blonde – Golden Ale

This shimmering, golden ale combines citrusy and floral American hops with Pale, Vienna and Wheat malts. It’s a beautifully balanced, sessionable brew. Guaranteed to deliver more fun—go blonde.

Ellum Ranch Patio Water – Ranch Water Hard Seltzer

Escape the hustle & break from the grind with Deep Ellum Brewing Company’s new Ellum Ranch Patio Water. Inspired by the original West Texas cocktail, Ellum Ranch is a refreshingly tart hard seltzer made with 3% real lime juice, salt, and natural electrolytes.

Neato Bandito – Mexican Lager

Our interpretation of a Mexican-style lager, Neato Bandito is a high-flying session lager brewed with corn. Light in color, but big in flavor, Neato Bandito wants you to enjoy all of your summertime activities with a punch!

Deep Ellum IPA – India Pale Ale

For an IPA to bear our hometown name, it better be potent. So we loaded it with our favorite American hops for a bitter punch. And with some over-the-top tropical fruit, citrus, pine and floral aromas and flavors, you’ve got one big Texas IPA, deserving of the Deep Ellum name.

I Like Big Oats – Porter

A collaboration with ODD Muse Brewing Company to bring in the season of dark beers! Lots of roast notes but still has a smooth silky mouthfeel.

London Fog – NEIPA

Hazy IPA infused with a tisane tea.

Mini Boss – American IPA

This double dry hopped IPA is jammed full of citrus and tropical notes. Citra and Mosaic hops join forces in this fruity IPA to warp your senses to aromaland. The fifth dimension of flavor awaits.

Shower Tears – Blackberry Lime Gose

Jam packed with blackberry puree and the perfect amount of lime, grapefruit peel, coriander, and pink himalayan sea salt. Tart and refreshing.

Golden Age – German Pilsner

2019 GABF Silver Medal winner Skillfully minimalist in both recipe and character, our rendition of the timeless Pilsner is about as satisfying as it gets. Crisp and lively on the tongue, featuring a mild, earthy hop bouquet and superbly clean finish. 4.5% abv | 36 ibu | 2 srm

El Saico – Single Hop Juicy IPA

True to their name, Mosaic hops express a wide range of aromas and flavors – from blueberry, lemon peel and mango to fresh pine, earth, and rose petal. For this beer, we used cryogenically processed Mosaic hops that are specially designed to capture all the intense aroma without imparting bitterness. The result is an extremely dynamic yet silky smooth hop showcase. 7.1% abv | 25 ibu | 3 srm

Rancho Relaxo – Cream Stout with Ancho Chiles and Madagascar Vanilla Bean1:30pm Rotating Tap

A rich and smooth Cream Stout with just a hint of slow-burn. Occasionally served on our Nitro tap to enhance the creamy goodness. *Note: Contains lactose 5.8% abv | 15 ibu | 60 srm

Pre-Pro Lager – Pre-Prohibition lager

Before prohibition there were nearly 1300 breweries in the US. After prohibition only around 100 of those breweries remained. Lager in the Pre-Prohibition era was rustic, grain forward, and usually in the family of German style lagers. Our take on the Pre-Pro lager uses 6-row barley and corn to try and replicate the unique flavors of the time period.

Warped Window – Hazy IPA

A juicy hop forward IPA in the New England style. Tropical fruit, low bitterness, and a balanced level of malt sweetness make this an easy summer crusher and a great beer year round.

Hopstrasse – Festbier

To celebrate Oktoberfest we brewed a golden colored malt forward lager featuring pilsner and munich malts for smooth notes of toasted bread balanced by subtle spice and floral aromas from Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops.

Quick Clouds – Hazy IPA

Brewed with Citra, Mosaic, Chinook, Strata and Galaxy for tropical fruit forward hop character balanced with oats and wheat for a cloud-like body.

Octoberfest – Marzen

Heirloom grains give a unique take on the classic style, while holding true to its roots. Vienna and Munich malts lay a canvas of freshly baked bread and honey. Think a lighter bodied Oktoberfest.

Sunny Day IPA – IPA

There’s nothing like kicking back on a sunny day and enjoying the fresh kick of hops in our Sunny Day IPA. The citra hops invoke notes of grapefruit, assisted by a honey-like malt backbone to provide a perfectly balanced IPA.

Blueberry Blonde – Fruited Blonde Ale

This light and thirst-quenching ale is bolstered with fresh blueberries before and after fermentation resulting in a delightful aroma and flavor.

Tiki Wheat – American Wheat

Our flagship brew! Rich wheat flavor combined with German Hallertau hops and a final dose of coriander makes for an extremely refreshing brew.

Pit Pat Porter – Porter

A slightly sweet porter with a creamy peanut butter and chocolate finish.

Remembrance R.E.D – Irish Red

This smashable Irish Red offers a perfect balance of Malty caramel sweetness, slightly roasted undertones, and a pleasantly lingering finish.

Universal City Lager – Amber Lager

This German Lager is characterized by beautiful roasted, caramel, and subtle fruity esters.

Ranch Road 12 – Helles Lager

With a soft malt sweetness balanced by a gently spicy hop finish, this Munich-style Helles is the epitome of easy drinking. Heirloom Bavarian malt, Hallertau hops, and Munich lager yeast combine for a traditional, approachable, and timeless Lager experience.

Foggy Season – Hazy French Saison

A mashup of styles, this collaboration with Fitzhugh Brewing blends a bright and dry French Saison with a juicy and soft Hazy IPA. Silky smooth up front, dry on the finish, and layered with aromatic complexity. Barbe Rouge, Triskel, and Aramis hops are layered in with the classic Saison phenolics to yield aroma notes of strawberry, tangerine citrus, pear, and white grape. At once dry and funky yet smooth and hop-fruity.

Lakeside Lager – Lager

A very pale, light-bodied and crisp lager with low bitterness and hop flavor featuring supreme drinkability.

Bowler Hat – Black IPA

An ebony pint with a beige head is surrounded by an aromatic citrus-and-pine force field, backed by a smooth roastiness redolent of cocoa and French roast coffee. Full-bodied, hop-bitter, and boozy.

June is a collaboration of all things Texas. Brewed with TX grown barley & wheat from TexMalt, fermented with native TX yeast cultured in the heart of San Antonio by Community Cultures, and finished in freshly dumped bourbon barrels from Still Austin. Dry white wine, Werther’s & spice are the hallmarks of this local Texas celebration.

Ein Kleines Märzen – Märzen

Days are becoming cooler, and the leaves will soon be turning color. The patio beckons. It’s Oktober, and time for a festive Fall lager – “a little märzen”, perhaps. If you couldn’t make it to Munich this year, we invite you to come and enjoy Oktoberfest with Humble Pint! EIN KLEINES MÄRZEN is a light, malty blend of German Pilsner, Munich, Victory, and white wheat grains hopped with Hallertauer and Czech Saaz. Malty and infinitely quaffable!

Grist & Fermentation – Pale Ale

Pale ale? IPA? This one tries harder; it straddles style definitions, and is sure to confound generations of learned scholars to come…maybe. GRIST & FERMENTATION is a delightful, easy drinker. Like all good pale ales, balance is key and Biscuit, Cara-Pils and Pilsner malts deliver a strong backbone. Mosaic tops the hop aromas and flavors with pine resin and tropical fruit, all backed by Citra and Azacca in the dry hop. Don’t be an IPA snob – you know what the “P” and “A” stand for, right?!

Muy Imporante Margarita Lager – Mexican Style Lager w/ Lime, Orange, & Agave

GOLD MEDAL WINNER – 2022 U.S. Open Beer Championship An easy drinking Mexican-style lager infused with traditional margarita flavors of real lime, orange, and agave. Pairs perfectly with pools, porches, and fiestas!

Mechanical Dragon – Gose w/ Dragonfruit & Cloudberries

A unique combination of a traditional Gose with pink dragon fruit and cloud berries, resulting in a bright pink hue, aromas of pear and kiwi, and a pleasant tartness layered with tropical fruit. The Mother of all Dragon Beers!

Peanut Butter Temptress – Imperial Milk Stout

It’s a peanut butter cup in a glass! We took our rich and dreamy milk stout and made it extra with chocolate, peanuts, and a touch of sea salt. The result i a creamy, peanut buttery treat that’s fit for the candy aisle.

Lion’s Share X – BA Belgian Dark Strong Ale5:30pm Rotating Tap

For Lakewood Brewing’s 10th anniversary, we went back to our Belgian roots brewing this beautifully balanced Belgian dark strong ale, and aging it for 8 months in freshly emptied bourbon and port barrels, adding even depth and complexity. Notes of sweet caramel, bourbon, vanilla, and dried currants. Cheers to 10 years!

Lightning Wolf – Hazy IPA

Aromatically intense, this beer pours a nice hazy gold in color with lacy white foam. Aroma leads with strong stone fruit, papaya, and overripe mango, with a subtle citrus background, and just a touch of melon. Finishes very dry with very little bitterness.

Katie’s Pride – Oktoberfest

This Oktoberfest is a representation of a modern beer to be served at this renowned festival. Pouring a tan to copper color, aroma leads with a hint of fresh green apple followed with light caramel and nuttiness. The flavor is crisp on the palate with a dry light body, blending with caramel notes and hints of nuttiness.

Grodziskie – Grodziskie

Piwo Grodziskie is a centuries old Polish beer style that ceased commercial production in the late 20th century. A decoction mash, 100% oak-smoked wheat malt, and noble Saaz hops join the traditional yeasts to bring this beer back to live in Texas.

Piwko Pils – Polish-Style Pilsner

Marynka and Sybilla hops and Moravian pilsner malt makeup this simple and delicious golden Polish lager. A cute little pils, a piwko pils.

Zeno’s Pale Ale – Pale Ale

Appearance is a slight hazy gold with a fluffy, white head. Lemon, pine, and hop-zest in the nose. Light, quaffable body with a hoppy citrus bite. Finishes with a smooth, sweet breadiness and clean bitterness.

Saison Doug – Saison

Pours a sunset yellow with a chalky head. Sweet bread, lemon zest, earthy aroma and a hoppy, woodsy, spiced finish.

Ron’s Blonde – American Blonde Ale

Tender Robot – Hazy IPA

When they take over the world, we sure hope they’re nice. This is our olive branch just in case. We taste: Pineapple, Guava, Lime Zest

Meanwhile Helles – Munich Style Helles

Built for days under the hot Texas sun, this clean easy drinking lager goes down smooth. We taste: Bread, Spring flowers and fresh cut grass.

Val Verde – Green Tea Lager 1:00pm Rotating Tap

Long Story Short: We teamed up with the team at Val Verde Border Humanitarian Coalition in crafting this beer to raise money and awareness to all the life changing work they are doing. This is a delicate version of a vienna lager. The light use of vienna malt and rice gives it a nice malt profile, while still leaving a nice canvas to show the character of the delicate tea. A nice clean lager with no one quality outshining the other.

Oktoberfest – Altbier

Theres a joke in Germany that goes “Altbier… Schmeckt wie es heisst.” We can assure you this is not the case with this years Oktoberfest brew. While not a traditional Bavarian Marzen lager, this beer is delicious with boasting notes of Pilsner, Vienna, and Munich malts and light touch of Mosaic hops that create a fresh take on this Dusseldorfer classic.

Gilley’s Premium – Blonde Ale

A blonde beer brewed for Mickey Gilley. Light in color and flavor, with just enough of a hop presence on the end to make it enjoyable on a hot summer day.

Cali Boy – West Coast IPA

2022 World Beer Cup Silver Medal Winner – Imperial IPA Pours straw to pale gold, crystal clear with a thin white head with good persistence. The front of the nose has hints of pineapple gummy bear and resiny cannabis, with citrus notes in the background. Medium body with crisp champagne like effervescent mouthfeel. The flavor is much like the aroma; pineapple and fresh cannabis up front that linger into the finish. This San Diego style West Coast IPA is bursting with tropical fruity dankness. It’s bone dry, crisp bitterness will leave you thirsty for more!!

El Hefe – Hefeweizen

Named in honor of the OG boss of No Label, this beer boasts rich notes of banana and clove for a light effervescent German-style wheat beer. It’s been pleasing pallets all over Texas for the past 12 years. Prost!

Nightmare On 1st Street – Imperial Pumpkin Amber Ale

An homage to the Trappist Monks of Belgium, this beer pours deep coppery brown with very little head. The aroma is rich, sweet complex malts/candy syrup with a complex bourbon aroma that lingers into the finish. Allergeez – American Wheat Ale

2020 GABF Gold Medal, 2015 GABF Silver Medal. Brewed with local honey, Chamomile flowers, and rose hips. Clean wheat ale with floral notes and a slightly sweet finish. Mt. Hood hops lend a slight spice that brings out the other flavors.

Hazy Cat – New England IPA

A hazy tropical punch with loud notes of melon, tangerine and passion fruit. Mash hopped with: Saaz and Cascade, the yeast strain we used is Cosmic Punch from Omega which allows the hop profile to open up and brighten the aromatic and flavor profiles.

Road Devil – Amber Lager

Pilsner and Caramel Malts express deep toffee and dried fruit notes while German hops provide a nice floral, smooth finish.

Moonwalking Cowboy – IPA

The Moonwalking Cowboy Mountain West IPA walks a fine line of classic and contemporary. Hopped with Mountain West grown Idaho 7 and Citra hops, this otherworldly IPA blasts off with Juicy, Tropical, Mango and Citrus flavor and aroma. It is roped in with 65 IBU’s of orange, and lemony bitterness of a time-honored, classic west coast IPA.

Fresh Drops – Fresh Hop IPA

Fresh Drops is brewed annually to celebrate hop harvest and the return of fresh hop season. This resinous ode to fresh hops was brewed with fresh kilned, whole cone hops and 301 Hop Trial – “Fresh Frozen” cyro hops from our friends at Yakima Chief Hops. This annual release is a showcase for our favorite farms and varieties from our trips to Yakima for hop selection.

With Pulp – Hazy DIPA co-fermented w/ Viognier Grapes

This hazy, hybrid, southern hemisphere hopped DIPA was co-fermented with Viognier grapes grown and processed by our Hill Country based buds at William Chris Vineyards. With Pulp presents a zesty, citrusy, dry yet juicy profile with lively carbonation remiscent of a mimosa. We’re getting lightly tannic white wine undertones layered upon waves of pink grapefruit and gooseberry with a clean, spritzy effervescence. ⁣In addition, we’ve layered in hand processed grapefruit zest alongside a healthy heaping of our Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Citra and Hallertau Blanc hops.

Patek Pils – Czech Style Pilsner

Crisp, and balanced. It’s inspired by one of our founders’ family heritage. John Patek immigrated from Czechoslovakia to Shiner, TX in 1895. We chose to brew our first Czech Pils as an homage to the “old world”, the Pateks, South Texas, and Polka! We brewed with pilsner malt and added a touch of Vienna and Munich Malt for subtle complexity. Then we liberally hopped it with Czech Saaz hops for a balanced bitterness and pleasant herbal hop aroma with a touch of lemon. Finally, it was fermented with a classic Czech strain and lagered for a crisp and refreshing finish!

Argh! As we sailed around the Florida Keys we realized we needed a refreshing ale! We started with a Berliner Weisse base, added lactose, added loads of key lime purée and finished it off with graham cracker crumbs and vanilla. The result is like drinking a slice of South Florida, Key Lime Pie. It’s tart, refreshing and limey.

Crispy Business – Helles Lager

It takes finesse to brew a light beer that is both full of flavor and endlessly crushable. Lucky for you, finesse is our business. This seemingly simple elegance is reflected in Crispy Business. German pilsner malt gives subtle malt sweetness, while Callista hops provide an enticing, modern hop aroma of apricot, peach and blackberry. A clean, tidy finish, with moderate bitterness, makes this a true crispy crusher.

Hop Sprocket – Hazy IPA

Hop Sprocket is a hazy IPA with a crushably soft mouth feel that masks its strength at over 7% ABV. Utilization of innovative whirlpool hop additions and a massive dry hopping ratio yield an ale with cranked up notes of sweet citrus and tropical fruit.

Blakkr Imperial Black Ale was born in 2014 as a collaboration between Surly, 3 Floyds, and Real Ale. Bonded by their love of brewing and love of metal, this unholy trinity of brewers gathered around a brew kettle in Blanco, TX to craft this deeply dark concoction. Subtle dark malt and toffee character quickly yields to the citrus and tropical notes provided by a staggering amount of hops. The result is a crushing, black-as-night Double IPA. All hail the return of the mighty BLAKKR!

Thumper is a delightfully sour ale brewed with Czech Pilsner and Sonora Raw Wheat and refermented with fresh Texas watermelon and beets. Reminiscent of a Jolly Rancher!

Pumpkinator – Pumpkin Imperial Stout

Pumpkinator is a big, black, full of spice, full of flavor beer. Originally released in 2009 as Divine Reserve No. 9, it is an imperial pumpkin stout and our answer to how a pumpkin beer ought to taste. It is brewed with a combination of pale two row, caramel and black malts, Cascade and Liberty hops for a background hop flavor, pumpkin for a rich mouthfeel, molasses, brown sugar, spices and dry-spiced to make it feel like you just walked into your mom’s kitchen while she was cooking 37 pumpkin pies. It is the most expensive beer we have brewed.

Bourbon Barrel Pumpkinator – Imperial Pumpkin Stout Aged in Bourbon Barrels

This bourbon barrel aged version of Pumpkinator is even bigger than the original. The nose is pumpkin spice up front with oak, bourbon, vanilla and dark fruit in the background. The taste starts with sweet chocolate and pumpkin spice up front and finishes with a bit of alcohol heat and spices. This beer has a medium-full body with a soft mouthfeel.

Tarnation – Strong Ale

Holy smokes!!! Tarnation is an unreasonably strong beer and yet goes down smooth so it won’t set yer keister on fire! It is rich and malty and it’s doggone tasty, with just slight roast on the back end. WHAT IN TARNATION?!?

Art Car IPA – American IPA

Art Car IPA is an American IPA featuring a blend of both new and old hop varieties from the Pacific Northwest. The nose is a blend of apricot and tropical fruit and mango. The taste starts with a big bitter blood orange that morphs into mangos and sweet tropical fruits. There is a lightly sweet malt body that allows the hops to shine while maintaining a nice complexity to the flavors.

Harmony – Hazy Pale Ale

Harmony is an easy-drinking hazy pale ale. With a focus on citrus and tropical fruit notes, candied orange and pineapple aromas lead to cantaloupe and honeydew melon flavors. Balanced by a soft mouthfeel and light body, this blissfully hoppy beer showcases hops, malt, and yeast in harmony.

Bourbon Barrel Aged Commitment with Cocoa Nibs and Coconut – BBA Imperial Stout3:30pm Rotating Tap

Aging our Commitment Imperial Stout in a blend of whiskey barrels for well over a year created a grandiose beer in all aspects. Showcasing notes of rich figs, fresh vanilla, ripe strawberries, toasted oak, and dark chocolate, this beer wields a dense, silky texture that softly grips the palate. Yet even with such bold flavors, it is remarkably balanced and drinkable, making this beer a suitable toast to a special occasion. We had added to the indulgence by using toasted coconut and cocoa nibs.

Hometown Lager – California Common

An amber lager using San Francisco “Steam Beer” yeast, a style known as a “California Common.” It is fermented at 63 degrees and lagered at 50 degrees after fermentation. A good lager with a sweet and bready malt flavor.

Tank Girls – Session Hazy IPA

A new selection from our Women of Second Pitch beers! A wonderfully delightful session hazy IPA. We used exclusively Moteuka hops in this beer to give it a wonderful lime, pineapple and starfruit flavor. A great beer for the last of summer.

Starhopped – Hazy IPA

Starhopped is our double dry-hopped Hazy IPA brewed with Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops. Named after an iconic early Mars rocket prototype, this beer boasts a soft and pillowy mouthfeel, the perfect bitterness profile, and is absolutely bursting with sweet notes of pineapple, peach, and blueberry.

Occupy Marz – Oktoberfest Marzen

Our ode to Mars Colonization efforts and the rallying cry associated with that movement, Occupy Marz is brewed with German Pilsner, Vienna, and Munich malts. This medium-bodied brew pours dark amber with toasted bready notes. Hallertau Mittelfruh hops from Bavaria balance the sweetness of the darker malts. Fermented with Old Bavarian Yeast, and lagered for 3 months.

These guys brought in an amazing table beer they had brewed previously, and we were so impressed we asked to work in their recipe. Foeder-Aged for 6 months and dry hopped with Ella, Aurora 7 has notes of white grape, lemon zest, and jasmine. And, at 7.2% we may have left behind the sessionable aspect of the original beer that inspired this brew, but we knew you’d be able to handle the extra heat!

Neil Kvass Tyson: Death by Black Hole – Oak-aged Mixed Culture Kvass Farmhouse Ale w/ Fruit5:00pm Rotating Tap

Brewed with a traditional base of pilsner malt and wheat, plus 350 pounds of our in-house sourdough we use for our stone deck pizzas. Barrel-fermented in neutral American oak barrels, then aged with our mixed culture of various bacteria and yeast. Conditioned on Andean blackberry, blueberry, açaí berry, and black currants. This funky ale pours a beautifully deep, ruby red color with a lively, rose-hued foam head that dissipates quickly. Notes of jammy and tart berries, cherry, balsamic vinegar, melba toast, and oak intermingle with a prominently acidic finish on the palate.

Dark Skies – Black Pilsner

Dark Skies is an “all summer dark beer” with roasty malt flavors, yet light and easy drinking. We use pilsner malt from right here in Texas from TexMalt and a good amount of midnight wheat malt, combined with classic noble hops to balance the flavors without bitterness. Named in honor of the International Dark Sky Association, an organization which combats light pollution. This delicate and lightly tart wine barrel-aged ale is our Texas tribute to a traditional style, made with 100% Texas grown and malted grain, Vista well water and house-aged hops. The beer fermented with a blend of yeast and bacteria, plus a heavy dose of Italian plums for over 12 months in Mourvèdre barrels from nearby William Chris Vineyards. The result is dry, tart and fruit-forward with an earthy Brett backdrop. Named for the Italian word “grato”, literally translated to “grateful” or “thankful” to remind us all to live with gratitude.

A nice clean lager with no one quality outshining the other.

Blakkr – Imperial Black Ale | Real Ale Brewing Company

Blakkr Imperial Black Ale was born in 2014 as a collaboration between Surly, 3 Floyds, and Real Ale. Bonded by their love of brewing and love of metal, this unholy trinity of brewers gathered around a brew kettle in Blanco, TX to craft this deeply dark concoction. Subtle dark malt and toffee character quickly yields to the citrus and tropical notes provided by a staggering amount of hops. The result is a crushing, black-as-night Double IPA. All hail the return of the mighty BLAKKR!

Barrel Aged West H 12 – BBA Quad | No Label Brewing

An homage to the Trappist Monks of Belgium, this beer pours deep coppery brown with very little head. The aroma is rich, sweet complex malts/candy syrup with a complex bourbon aroma that lingers into the finish. Rich, sweet aromatics upfront with complex bourbon notes that linger through the finish, this beer drinks incredibly smooth, considering its 12% abv. It was aged in bourbon barrels for 14 months; so sip and enjoy responsibly because it’s a small batch limited release that will go quick.

Bourbon Barrel Aged Commitment with Cocoa Nibs and Coconut – BBA Imperial Stout | Saint Arnold Brewing Company

Aging our Commitment Imperial Stout in a blend of whiskey barrels for well over a year created a grandiose beer in all aspects. Showcasing notes of rich figs, fresh vanilla, ripe strawberries, toasted oak, and dark chocolate, this beer wields a dense, silky texture that softly grips the palate. Yet even with such bold flavors, it is remarkably balanced and drinkable, making this beer a suitable toast to a special occasion. We had added to the indulgence by using toasted coconut and cocoa nibs.

Grato – Wine Barrel Aged Lambic-Style Ale with Italian Plums | Vista Brewing

This delicate and lightly tart wine barrel-aged ale is our Texas tribute to a traditional style, made with 100% Texas grown and malted grain, Vista well water and house-aged hops. The beer fermented with a blend of yeast and bacteria, plus a heavy dose of Italian plums for over 12 months in Mourvèdre barrels from nearby William Chris Vineyards. The result is dry, tart and fruit-forward with an earthy Brett backdrop. Named for the Italian word “grato”, literally translated to “grateful” or “thankful” to remind us all to live with gratitude.

Razz-Ma-Tazz – Raspberry Sour | (512) Brewing

Razz-Ma-Tazz is a wine barrel aged Raspberry Sour. We aged the base Blonde Ale and aged it in once used funky barrels. The resident “bugs”, still in the barrels, transformed the beer into a tart delight, at which point we finished it off with Raspberry.

Aurora 7 – Wood-aged Tart Saison | True Anomaly Brewing

Aurora 7 was brewed in collaboration with both Wooden Bus and Laser Brewing. These guys brought in an amazing table beer they had brewed previously, and we were so impressed we asked to work in their recipe. Foeder-Aged for 6 months and dry hopped with Ella, Aurora 7 has notes of white grape, lemon zest, and jasmine. And, at 7.2% we may have left behind the sessionable aspect of the original beer that inspired this brew, but we knew you’d be able to handle the extra heat!

Kokomo Royale – Tropical Fruit Smoothie Sour Ale | Blue Owl Brewing

Tropical fruit smoothie sour ale with pink guava, pineapple, Tahitian lime, cherry, Madagascar vanilla, milk sugar, & Jamaican pimento berry. Bursting with bright tropical fruits alongside rich spices of vanilla & allspice lend to a tropical cocktail flavor. The addition of fruit pectin gives this smoothie beer a thick body and the milk sugar a creamy mouthfeel.

June – Barrel Aged Native Ale | Hold Out Brewing

June is a collaboration of all things Texas. Brewed with TX grown barley & wheat from TexMalt, fermented with native TX yeast cultured in the heart of San Antonio by Community Cultures, and finished in freshly dumped bourbon barrels from Still Austin. Dry white wine, Werther’s & spice are the hallmarks of this local Texas celebration.

Neil Kvass Tyson: Death by Black Hole – Oak-aged Mixed Culture Kvass Farmhouse Ale w/ Fruit | Vector Brewing

Brewed with a traditional base of pilsner malt and wheat, plus 350 pounds of our in-house sourdough we use for our stone deck pizzas. Barrel-fermented in neutral American oak barrels, then aged with our mixed culture of various bacteria and yeast. Conditioned on Andean blackberry, blueberry, açaí berry, and black currants. This funky ale pours a beautifully deep, ruby red color with a lively, rose-hued foam head that dissipates quickly. Notes of jammy and tart berries, cherry, balsamic vinegar, melba toast, and oak intermingle with a prominently acidic finish on the palate.

Aged for 18+ months in our Slovenian oak Foeder with a mixed culture, then dry hopped with Cashmere and Loral hops. Ultra-dry and complex with fruity and floral aromas from the hops and funky phenolics from the mixed culture.

Icelandic Brennevin Beer – Brown Rye Ale | Fitzhugh Brewing & Craft Pride

Brewed in collaboration with Craft Pride, this beer draws inspiration from the Icelandic liquor called Brennevin. Brewed with roasted parsnips, rye malt, and a dash of caraway seeds, this beer is spicy, earthy, and perfect for cold winter nights.

Rat King – Double IPA | Acopon Brewing & Craft Pride

Acopon and Craft Pride have collaborated to create a variation of Acopon’s Rat King DIPA. Beets and carrots were added, providing a rich earthiness and a slight sweetness to the beer which balances out the potent hop punch. Rat King will be cask conditioned and will be served from the cask. Pouring blood red, the beer is smooth and very drinkable despite its 9.1% ABV.

A beautiful black stout with a thick creamy body and a strong roasted malt base that is balanced with a touch of vanilla. We then used a whole bean custom Ethiopia/Nicaragua Espresso blend from our friends over at Numinous Coffee Roasters that makes the coffee the star of the show.

Smoke Ritual – Smoked Shiitake Schwarzbier | Hold Out Brewing & Oddwood Brewing

Smooth, Smoky, Trippy. Smoked malt sure is cool, but smoked mushrooms are even cooler. Traditional German Schwarzbier brewed with the addition of smoked and dried Shiitake mushrooms.

Ritual Smoke – Smoked Helles | Oddwood Brewing & Hold Out Brewing

Smooth, Smoky, Spacey. We took our traditional German Helles Rauchbier and cranked it up to 11. We substituted the German Beechwood Smoked Malt for a blend of American Cherry, Peach, and Pecan Wood Smoked Malt.

Koelschip Kölsch – Farmhouse Kolsch | Jester King Brewery & St Elmo Brewing Company

We love collaborating with talented brewers, especially when they’re local friends. St. Elmo’s Carl is a tasty, crispy Kölsch with beautiful malt character, so we decided to brew a Kölsch with a base of TexMalt Llano Pilsner Malt and Saphir hops, then rack the wort to our coolship for primary fermentation with St. Elmo’s Kölsch yeast. The next day we transferred the wort to stainless steel for lagering. Thanks to our friends at St. Elmo for the opportunity to work with them and do a spin on our one of our favorite local beers!

Black is Beautiful – Black American Lager | Live Oak Brewing Company (brewed as part of the global collaboration spearheaded by Weathered Souls)

Our Black is Beautiful collaboration w/ Weathered Souls Brewing is a Black American Lager. Cascade hops balance this Schwarzbier meets Festbier offering.

Chef – Soursop Sour Beer | St Elmo Brewing Company & Soursop

St Elmo teamed up with the boys from Soursop (aka Spicy Boys before they were Spicy Boys) to make this uniquely fruited kettle sour. Soursop (aka guanábana) is a tropical fruit grown in southeast Asia and Central/South America. Its soft, milky fruit tastes like a bowl of bananas and strawberries getting it on. Yum.

Classic Collaboration – Czech Lager | Texas Beer Co & Tanglefoot Brewing

Tanglefoot Brewing is a tiny Czech Lager focused brewery located in the back of Al’s Bar B-Q Barn in Temple, just up highway 95 from Taylor where Texas Beer Company is located, an area of Texas with a proud Czech heritage and loves beer! We came together to give the people what they want, LAGER BEER!

Hive Mind – Honey Ale | Vista Brewing & Central Texas Beekeepers & Community Cultures Yeast Lab

This is the 2022 iteration of our award-winning honey beer collaboration, made with honey donated by Central Texas beekeepers. We fermented with a wild yeast isolated from a Vista honey bee. We worked with Community Cultures Yeast Lab to propagate this wild Saccharomyces strain which produced light Belgian-like aromas and flavors. With a light Pilsner base malt from TexMalt, noble hops, wild “Vista bee yeast” and 16% of fermentable sugar coming from honey, this beer is a super dry and drinkable 7.7% abv with apricot, pear, and biscuit aromas and flavors of honey, banana and funnel cake.

Valkyrie – Norwegian Voss Kveik | Fitzhugh Brewing

A Norwegian style beer in the Voss Kveik tradition. Juniper infusions in the mash and sparge water, followed by a long boil and a recirculating step through a Texas Pecan log courtesy of Troy Swift, owner of Swift River Pecans. Fermented “blood warm” with Voss Kveik yeast for a citrusy, woodsy, Umami character. Hopped during the boil with the Pink Boots hop blend and dry-hopped post fermentation. A Texas take on a rustic Norwegian beer celebrating strong women everywhere.
