Jingle Cats – Holiday Ale

What’s better than holiday songs sung by cats? We think nothing is better over the brewery speakers on cold brew days! This beer is close to our Nut Brown but spiced with vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, and orange peel. We thought about adding cat nip but decided na, that’s too much! enjoy!

1:00pm Rotating Tap: Wild Bear – Sour Double Brown Ale

Wild Bear is fermented in stainless and then transformed through aging in large oak tanks for 2 years with added Brett and Pedio. This yields a funky Brett aroma and a crisp, yet malty, tart flavor. Lovely! It’s our 2015 GABF Gold Medal (Brett Beer) recipe! Enjoy!

For centuries, sailors and shepherds have taken a red sky at night as a sign of fair weather ahead. Our Red Sky is a deep amber-red beauty with lasting off-white foam. Bold citrus and resin hop aromas meld with rich toffee and caramel notes. Medium-high bitterness delivers orange and toffee complexity, supported by a robust malt backbone. Finishes dry with pleasant lingering bittersweet—a throwback to classic ’90s IPAs.

Called the lyrical chainsaw massacre. Once. By a deeply troubled individual. But we tell people this is a full-bodied stout that blends flavors of smooth caramel, roasty coffee, vanilla, peanut butter, and decadent milk chocolate. While this style is fading in Europe, it is thriving just south of the border and is commonly known today as Mexican Lager.

The fog rolls in on the blood moon and rolls out just as quickly. If you’re lucky, when you stare into it’s void you might see everything you’ve ever wanted. If you’re not lucky, you might never see again.

The late and dry hopping methods give this approachable IPA a huge tropical fruit and citrus flavor and aroma. The “soft” bitterness from this brew sets itself apart from the classic West Coast IPAs.

1:30pm Rotating Tap: Stigini – White Stout

In Seminole folklore, the Stigini are witches who shed their human skins and take flight as owls, haunting the night and feasting on the hearts of the living. To even speak their name is to risk becoming one yourself. Inspired by this chilling tale, Stigini White Stout turns expectations on their head—pale as moonlight yet rich and velvety with cacao and vanilla. A deceptive brew, as haunting and unforgettable as the legend behind it. Deceptively pale but velvety smooth—Stigini drinks easy with rich cacao and vanilla, a stout that shifts your expectations.
