Getting Here

Location
Texas Craft Brewers Festival is held at Fiesta Gardens located at 2101 Jesse E. Segovia St, Austin, TX 78702. Our main entrance will be located at the corner of Chicon St. & Nash Hernandez Senior Rd.

Parking
Street parking is available around Fiesta Gardens and Lady Bird Lake at no cost, but it is limited. All parking is first-come, first-served. Parking on residential streets is discouraged. Please be respectful of the surrounding neighborhood. Pay attention to city permit signage and do not block driveways.

Alternative Transportation
We highly recommend TAKING PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION, RIDING YOUR BIKE (bike racks will be provided next to the entrance on the west end of the park, remember to bring your own lock! You can consult the city’s TRAIL DIRECTORY here.), PARKING REMOTELY, CARPOOLING or ARRANGING RIDES, taking a RIDE SHARE or PEDICAB. The nearest MetroRail station is one mile away at Plaza Saltillo.

Designated Drivers
Reduced cost Designated Driver tickets are available for attendees who would like to enjoy the festival while abstaining from alcohol. These tickets include free snacks and non-alcoholic beverages.

A printed or mobile ticket is required for entry.

No Refunds
All ticket sales are final. Texas Craft Brewers Festival is a rain or shine event.

Ticket Transfers
If you purchase a ticket and are not able to attend you can absolutely give your ticket to a friend. All IDs will be checked to ensure attendees are 21+ but ticket names do not need to match the purchaser name. Please guard your tickets carefully and do not make multiple copies. Duplicate/copied tickets will be turned away at the gate.

Scam Warning
Counterfeit event ticket scams are on the rise. Please exercise extreme caution when purchasing tickets from unknown individuals or through unofficial channels such as Facebook or Craigslist. Fraudulent tickets will be turned away at the gate.

No Box Office On-Site
The Texas Craft Brewers Festival has historically SOLD OUT prior to event day. VIP tickets tend to sell out in a matter of hours or even minutes. We recommend getting your tickets in advance–do not wait until event day.

Postponement
In the unlikely event that Texas Craft Brewers Festival is postponed in advance of festival day for any reason—including but not limited to restrictions around COVID-19—tickets will be fully transferrable to the rescheduled date.

Sampling Information

The Texas Craft Brewers Festival is a sampling-focused festival featuring more than 200 distinct Texas-brewed craft beers.

All GA & VIP tickets include a commemorative tasting cup and 10 sample tickets — each redeemable for a 3-ounce pour. This per person-per transaction limit is in compliance with Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) rules for on-site consumption.

Looking to sample more beers? Have no fear! Attendees will be able to purchase additional low cost beer ticket packages on-site. Credit/Debit cards and cash will be accepted.

Health, Safety, & Security

Festival Code of Conduct
We want everyone to feel safe and included at the Texas Craft Brewers Festival.

We ask that all participants:

  • Keep it considerate
  • Choose safety
  • Sip responsibly

Harassment, violence, and abusive language toward other guests, brewers, volunteers, vendors, or festival officials have no place here. Festival officials may ask anyone to leave, and will report unsafe or illegal activity to the appropriate authorities. For health and safety support on the Festival grounds:

  • Medical attention is available in the EMS tent.
  • Austin Police Department is on site during the festival. If you are in danger, witness or experience a crime, please alert authorities at the nearest exit gate or call 911.
  • If you’ve had an unwanted sexual experience, Stop Abuse for Everyone (SAFE) is available to provide support anytime through the confidential, 24-hour SAFEline.

Security
Security will be on-site to screen attendees at entry/re-entry and all bags will be searched. Please review our allowed & prohibited items lists below for bag size restrictions.

COVID-19 Health & Safety
Texas Craft Brewers Festival is an outdoor event held at Fiesta Gardens, a City of Austin park. As such, policies and procedures are subject to change in accordance with City of Austin guidelines. Should City of Austin policies change between now and September, details of any necessary measures will be communicated as early as possible and will be shared on the event website and social media channels.

Even with mitigation efforts and an outdoor setting, some degree of risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where humans are present. By attending Texas Craft Brewers Festival, you voluntarily assume all risks related to public exposure to COVID-19.

If you are feeling sick or test positive for COVID-19, please STAY HOME. Let’s help keep each other safe & healthy.

Allowed & Prohibited Items

All bags are subject to search upon entry and re-entry. Please help us keep the entry lines moving quickly by leaving large bags at home. 

ALLOWABLE Items

  • Small handbags, fanny packs, and drawstring bags no larger than 12″ x 12″ x 6″ 
  • Blankets
  • Cameras
  • Pretzel necklaces
  • Empty, reusable plastic or aluminum water bottles (free rinse/drinking water is available throughout the festival grounds)


PROHIBITED Items

  • Firearms, weapons, or explosives of any kind
  • Any bags larger than 12″ x 12″ x 6″
  • Backpacks (exception for mini or drawstring styles smaller than 12″ x 12″ x 6″)
  • Camelbacks, hydration packs, etc.
  • Coolers (exceptions may be made for medical use)
  • Umbrellas
  • Hammocks
  • Chairs
  • Drones/ aerial devices of any kind
  • Glassware or glass of any kind
  • Outside food (the festival will have local food truck options available)
  • Outside alcohol, water, or beverages of any kind (free rinse/drinking water is available throughout the festival grounds)
  • Pets (except service animals)
  • Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, or wagons (free bike racks are available at the festival entrance)
Festival Policies

Age Policy
Texas Craft Brewers Festival is a strictly 21+ Event. Nobody under 21 (including infants, toddlers, children, teens, etc.) will be admitted.

No Smoking or Electronic Cigarettes
Smoking tobacco and electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited in public parks per the City of Austin’s Smoking in Public Places Ordinance Chapter 10-6. A person who violates the provisions of this chapter commits a Class C misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed $2,000.

No Soliciting
Distribution of promotional materials is reserved for authorized parties such as festival sponsors. Unauthorized vendors are not allowed. Unauthorized solicitation materials including flyers, giveaways, samples, etc. or impersonating official representatives (festival staff, sponsors, brewers, etc.) will result in the offender being ejected from the event.

Regarding Injuries, Liability and Personal Conduct
Festival organizers and the City of Austin will not be held liable for any and all damages caused by attendees to themselves, others, or property during or after the event. Festival organizers and the City of Austin will not be held liable for any and all lost or stolen items. Please keep your personal items secure.

Lost & Found
Lost & Found is located at the Merch Booth next to the festival’s north exit gate.

Photography & Video Consent
Photographic images, video, and sound recordings will be captured during this event to be used for promotional, educational, or other purposes in print, online, or other media. By participating in these events, you consent to being photographed, filmed and recorded, and waive any privacy claims.
