Texas Craft Brewers Festival participation is open to independent Texas craft breweries who are members of the Texas Craft Brewers Guild. Registration for 2025 is now open via the Guild member dashboard. Not a member? Learn more about joining the Guild here.

We are excited to welcome a select number of permitted mobile food vendors to Texas Craft Brewers Festival each year. To learn more and apply to join our food vendor lineup please complete our food truck application.

Please note that aside from on-site opportunities for brewers, food trucks, and sponsor activations (see above), the Texas Craft Brewers Festival is generally not a vendor-focused event. New for 2025, however, we are partnering with The Austin Flea to host a small, highly curated vendor market on the festival grounds, aligned with the Flea’s “Local, Handmade, and Vintage” ethos. Priority booth placement will be given to beer-related and experience-oriented vendors (e.g., henna, charm bars, flash tattoos, flower crowns, etc.). If you are interested in applying, please visit the Austin Flea website to view the application and direct all inquiries related to this opportunity through their contact form.

For more general questions about sponsorship, brewery participation, or other festival opportunities, please contact the Texas Craft Brewers Guild organizing team directly using the form below. Do NOT trust individuals posting in Facebook comment sections from personal accounts claiming to be the the contact for vendor sign-up.

A limited number of press credentials are available for media outlets providing coverage of the event. Applicants will be notified no later than Friday, September 26.
