Rotating Tap Schedule
Rare, specialty, and limited release beers tapped from a rotating lineup of brewery tents throughout the festival.
Central District Brewing
Ale Pastor – Spiced Pineapple Sour
Bring your own tortillas — this brew will do the rest of the work. We turned a regional staple, Al Pastor tacos, into a ridiculously delicious sour ale by dosing our Comes and Gose with achiote rub and puréed pineapples. 😮😍 🌮 Expect… Al Pastor. But expect it to be in the shape and form of a deliciously tart and deliciously savory pint of craft beer. You’re welcome, Texas.
